The Company Name (Registrant) that you enter here should be the same name that you provide as the "shipper" on shipping documents included with your hazardous materials shipments. This is the name given to us by first responders, carriers, et al when reporting a hazmat incident to our emergency number. The more accurately you reference this name (both in the shipping documents, and in the CHEMTREC registration record), the more quickly our Emergency Services Specialists can locate the name in our database.

Your Administrative Contact should be an individual who is well-versed in what CHEMTREC does and responsible for your company's information on file with CHEMTREC. Your Administrative Contact will be provided with access to change all CHEMTREC-related company and individual information and is obligated to keep all records with CHEMTREC current.

Throughout this process you will be given the opportunity to identify those contacts designated to receive incident reports via email or fax. These options are listed under the field titled "Receive Report Via". In this field you have the option to receive CHEMTREC incident reports by email,fax, or email and fax methods.
